Floral Cassics guarantees that you will be satisfied with your order. If a problem should arise, and you are less than satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least a day before any holiday.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:

Delivery Policy
"Around the corner or around the world!"
Our delivery fee is $6.00 for each order, for each address.
Orders for same-day delivery must be received before 3:00 p.m. in the delivery time zone.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
